Would this hold me back?

I applied to work on Carnival Cruise as an Entertainment Staff. I got a call back for an interview.
I am 5'5 and about 240 lbs. Considered overweight. Will they still hire me? I don't recall seeing any overweight staff when I was on my cruise in the Spring...
Am I just being paranoid? I am not ill or anything...not on any meds, etc.

Nearly every crewmember on the ship has safety duties requiring agility, strength, and the ability to move quickly to save people's lives.
We must be able to run up and down staircases, carry large people in wheelchairs, quickly climb up and down ladders, and put ourselves forcefully in charge in an emergency.
At 240 pounds, can you do those things?
