Job Interview and life onboard (princess cruises)

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few things.

I have a Interview with Princess Cruises as a Bartender
I know it will be hard work and long hours so with that in mind.....

What is the average day like?

When you port do you get much time to spend in the place you are in?

I have read stories staff earning 2.30 (or so an hour) and have to hit certain requirements to get a share of service charge/tips. How true is this? and with basic salary and tips/service charge what is the average take home at the end of the month.

I'm sure I will have more questions at some point so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Oh I have another. What should I expect at the interview? any tips?

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Mrpeanut
