Yellowbird
0.75 oz Cream
0.75 oz white creme de cacao
0.5 oz Galliano Herbal Liqueur
0.75 oz Orange Juice
0.75 oz Vodka

Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled glass.

try the yellow bird.

1 oz. Light Rum
1/4 oz. Galliano
1/4 oz. Creme de Banana
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice

Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and stir.

You will have to test both recipes and decide which one you like. :wink:

I love Yellowbirds! I was introduced to them on my first NCL ship. They didn't know what I meant in Las Vegas though when I orderd them at the casinos!

Just returned from the Grand Caymans.. Had this in a beach bar.. tasty tasty
Yellow Bird Cocktail Punch.

16 oz. orange juice

12 oz. light rum

8 oz. Galliano

Pineapple cubes

Orange slices

16 oz. pineapple juice

2 oz. Crème de Banana

Cherries

Place all ingredients in large punch bowl and stir well. Garnish by floating an ice ring made of juice or float several hibiscus on top. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with fruit. I use pineapple.
