Default luggage

Do they limit the amount of carry on bags that you can take onto the cruise ship?

NO.Only the "size" of the carry-on is limited, not the number of pieces.

Can you carry on a carryall( a suit carryall that you would put your suit and formal wear in? (I guess thats what you would call it) Also, is a small roll bag too big?

Any carry on must fit thru the x-ray scanner which is 11" X 17"

if you mean a "Garment Bag" that you hang your suits, gowns etc in then, no it must go with your checked baggage. All carry-ons have to fit through the scanners. The roll-bag might fit.

I called RCI and they told me if it would fold up it would go through the scanner. I dont really know what to do , yes it is a garment bag that I will put gowns and suits in. I just dont want to send it to checked luggage and them get all wrinkled. What do others do about their garment bags. Carry on or not?

Last cruise we put our garment bag in the checked luggage. Since it was folded anyways it probably would be wrinkled no matter who brought it on the ship. We just took it out of the bags immediately when we got it and it wasn't wrinkled luckily.
