Default Floating Formals

Has anyone had any experience renting tux from a company called Floating Formals. We have been on 7 cruises and I always wore a dark suit on formal nights, but this time I have given some thought to not taking a suit and going with a tux rental. This company delivers to the statroom and picks up at the end of the cruise. Just concerned about their reliability. Hate to get there with no suit and no tux either!

Hi Blwns,
Just a thought, but you may also consider buying your own tux. WE found a Gingess sale, where they were selling used and new tux's. You can save quite a bit and a few wearings will pay for itself, so give that some thought. Sorry, haven't rented one onboard, but hopefully some other posters have and can give you thier input.

Happy Cruising

My brother and my cousin rented tuxes for our last cruise, I don't recall the company, its the one that Princess Cruise Lines uses, both men looked great and had really good quality-good fitting tuxes, the key is getting the right measurements, go to a tailor or a mens formalwear shop and get exact measurements. The guys liked not having to pack a suit and having a cleaned, pressed tux delivered to their cabins.

Thanks Lisa. Sounds like a neat idea to me too. And my wife agrees that a professional should do the measurements. She said if the tux did not fit...she sure was not going to take the blame..HAHA
