Default beach towels

Are beach towels provided on the ships? What about for excursions off the ship to the beach?

Hi Sandy,
Yes, they will let you take some towels with you on shore excursions or to the beach, but be sure to return them to the ship. They have now started charging for them if not brought back.

They will let you take them on excursions etc-they are really nice and really big. But if you don't return them it's $22 on your sail and sign.

What happens if it gets stolen while on a deck chair?

You pay.... it keeps people from "saving" the lounge chair for the whole day... whether they are using it or not. If I don't see any body using the chair ( no personel stuff) I grab the towel, use the chair and have a new towel for home.

amandaM-how long do you wait to see if there is "no body in the chair?" I mean-for ex-if Mark & I had a chair he might not have personal stuff on his chair next to mine & a person might be in the pool or getting something to eat. In anycase...It is rude when people save the chair for the entire day but I don't think I would take their towel in the fact that they would get charged $22 for it being taken no more than I would walk up to their wallet & take $22 out of it. We are taking a few of our cheap old beach towels anyway so we don't have to worry about it when on shore.
