Patience, Will, patience........

(If Bobby hasn't posted the games by the end of Thursday, I'll do it again this week. I don't want to step on his toes since this is his thread.)

Ok Everybody,

Here we go sans Bobby again this week. I think what I'll do, is run this in Bobby's absence until he returns to take back the reins, as long as everyone's OK with that.

Well, big game Saturday night: Penn State & Ohio State. I'm actually going to be able to see that game, and am very excited about it! With my work schedule, I work every weekend.

Let's get to the games!

Texas Tech at Kansas
Oklahoma at Kansas State
Oklahoma State at Texas
Georgia at LSU
Oregon at Arizona State
Alabama at Tennessee
Virginia Tech at Florida State
Boston College at North Carolina
Illinois at Wisconsin
Notre Dame at Washington
Penn State at Ohio State

Well, an exciting weekend of college football!

Looks like there were some great games this weekend, but the only one I got to see was the Penn State - Ohio State game. A low-scoring game, but Penn State looks awfully tough. If they stay undefeated, they'll play in the National Championship game. Maybe against Texas.........?

Anyway, here are the winners:

Texas Tech
Oklahoma
Texas
Georgia
Oregon
Alabama
Florida State
North Carolina
Wisconsin
Notre Dame
Penn State

Ok, here's how everybody did:

Will: 7 winners this week, 13 year to date

Dan: 7 winners this week, 12 year to date

Dean: 8 winners this week, 17 year to date.

Yes there is, Will!

Looks like another great game next week -- Texas & Texas Tech. If all goes well, I'll be able to see that one, too.

Hey guys, just a heads up:

I'll get the games posted at about 11pm PDT tonight. I have to work 14 hours today, and get off kinda late. Get to miss Halloween, too.......

Hang in there!

Well, what a wild finish to the Texas - Texas Tech game! I'm still a little surprised Texas lost, though. I thought they'd play for a National Championship.

Here are the winners:

Illinois
Pittsburgh
South Carolina
Florida
California
Texas Tech
Michigan State
Georgia Tech
Oregon State
Miami

Don't count 'em out yet,Dean.

Remember, the BCS last year had a couple pretenders with two losses each.

Dan, you could be right. Heck, I still haven't counted USC out!

But for some strange reason, I have Penn State in the championship game. They're just playing awfully well this season.

Plus, since there is an element of it being a popularity contest, Paterno should get some sentimental votes.

Penn State in the championship game? Oops..........

That's gotta be one of the upsets of the year! I mean, Iowa? Never thought they'd beat Penn State........

A couple of near upsets, with Georgia struggling to beat Kentucky among them.

Anyway, on to the winners:

Ohio State
North Carolina
Texas Tech
Florida State
Nebraska
Iowa
Boston College
Alabama
Oregon State
Colorado
Cincinnati

Ok, here's how everyone did:

Will: 7 winners, 27 year to date

Dan: 9 winners, 21 year to date

Dean: 8 winners, 31 year to date.

Dan, you're kinda getting penalized on the year to date score since you missed last week. Not sure how to remedy that -- if you guys have any ideas, let me know.

Well, since I had to work all day today, I didn't get to see any of the games, except bits of the Alabama - LSU game, so I don't know which games are upcoming for next week. But I'm sure there will be some good ones!

Hi again, Everyone!

Well, another exciting weekend of college football is upon us. I actually have Saturday off, and am really looking forward to watching football all day! Can there be any better way to spend a Saturday during football season?!

Although no stellar games this week. None of them really jumps out at me this week, like a Penn State - Alabama game would.

Anyway, on to the games:

Northwestern at Michigan
Notre Dame at Navy
Mississippi State at Alabama
California at Oregon State
Arizona at Oregon
Georgia at Auburn
Nebraska at Kansas State
Boston College at Florida State
Wake Forest at NC State
Texas at Kansas
Rutgers at South Florida
