I arrived home today from the Crystal Harmony's August 25 through September 1 cruise to the Mexican Riviera. The food, service, and entertainment aboard this ship were excellent. This ship has the friendliest crew that I have ever encountered(I have taken 36 cruises on a variety of lines). This cruise was even better than my first Crystal cruise two years ago. I definitely recommend this ship.
Chuck, I've read on some other cruise message boards that the Harmony frequently had water cutoff problems in the past. Did you encounter or hear of any such problems while you were aboard?

No, I did not have any problem with the water in my cabin or hear any of problems during the cruise (and I talked to many different passengers). This is a wonderful ship! Have a great cruise!
I have been on the Harmony three times. Once in January of 2001, we encountered a problem and we had no water the night prior to arriving in Buenos Aires - it was annoying but certainly not something major - it was off from about 2 to 5 am. Not too significant except that I wanted to wash my face and brush my teeth. I took off my makeup with tissue and brushed my teeth with bottled water in the fridge.
