I think you may be referring to the 6 secret porthole rooms on deck 5. These are "obstructed" (but not much) oceanview staterooms that are sold at Category 10 (Deluxe Inside Stateroom) prices because of the obstructions (lifeboats). Great deal if you can get them, they aren't much of a "secret" anymore!!
I've got a "magic Porthole" cabin next month on the Magic. I did not know that was what it was called. This will be the second time I have had one of these. It's a great deal, but must be booked early. This has been booked for a year or so.
