Default Some hours in New York

Our transatlantic cruise in September will end in New York and we will have a flight out of JFK in the evening.

Any suggestions on what to do during the day (with all our luggage...)? Is the best thing to go to the airport, check in, and wait for our evening flight?

When we cruised out of Brooklyn last year on the Crown Princess, they offered an NYC excursion/airport transfers to those with flights after 4 or 5 pm. Your luggage is stored under the bus according to your airline. We did this once in New Orleans and it was very convenient and kept our vacation going for a little longer. Enjoy!

We would love to take an excursion in New York but donĀ“t think that any excursions are offered there! We have finished a cruise in New York before and then no excursions were offered there so we just left for the airport.

When we cruised in Hawaii they had postcruise excursions that ended on the airport but that time we stayed in Honolulu for a few days after our cruise.
