just booked!

Just booked our first ever cruise! DH, myself, 3 and 5 yr old sons on Radiance to Western Caribbean in cabin 1100! I am SO excited! And nervous....this is a reward to myself for achieving weight loss. To date I've lost about 85 lbs, and have to lose the remaining 38 before the cruise. Now I am so motivated!!!!!!

Also, I am very excited to have cabin 1100. I have heard good things about it, and my kids will like the bathtub (and my neighbors will appreciate not hearing them screaming because of a shower...).

Just hopefully the Windjammer above the cabin isn't too noisy...

Anyway, just had to share as this has been a long process, and you have all been so helpful in answering my many questions. Thanks for the help! I am sure there will be more ???s to come.

Heyyyy ! Congrats on that weight loss...what program are you using?

We're also booked as a family on the Radiance...sailing in three weeks. We opted for two adjoining rooms (two bathrooms important with teenage girls) Please watch for our report upon our return. I'm sure you will have a fabulous time ! !

The 2 adjoining rooms sounds like a good way to go, especially with older kids. (2 bathrooms!) Mine are still little so I like to keep them a little closer, but that will definately change.

Most of my weight I have lost through Weight Watchers (I'm a lifetime member). But I ran out of steam and stopped losing, so I changed gears and switched to LA Weight Loss a few months and 35 lbs ago.

I just hope I don't gain too much back on the ship! We booked an aft cabin, and plan to walk a lot, take the stairs, and visit the gym. And the "spa" menu actually sounds pretty good; I've heard the sugar free desserts are good. But I suspect I'll have a little more work to do when we get back home!
