First time questions

I'm a first timer and have a couple of questions...please help!!

I have heard that no soda is free...even during meals?? What no cost beverages are available...is free water readily availible? Anything else?

If you get a "ocean view" cabin with a big window, does the window usually open?

If you do not plan on charging anything and are paying tips in cash, are you REQUIRED to give your credit card?

Thanks!

No, you *aren't* required to give a credit card. You can make a cash deposit on your sign and sail instead. Or you can use a VISA or MC check card.

You didn't mention which ship you were sailing, but on Carnival, tea, lemonade, punch and coffee are free at meals.

If you are a big soda drinker, consider purchasing a soda card. Unlimited soda (one person per card) for the entire week at about $4 per day.
