Default 18 Year Old Documentation

We will have an 18 year old traveling with a grandmother on our cruise. What other documentation will be needed besides the birth certificate and drivers license?

That should be fine for an 18 year old, doesn't need consent letter.

its getting harder to travel with just a BC and driver's license. If you are going to Aruba you will need a passport, Barbabos was toying with the idea, don't know if that has changed yet. For the other islands you can still get by with a raised-seal form of the birth certificate ( not just a photocopy) and driver's license. Passports are best.

Lisa K , where did you get the passport requirement information for Aruba. I just checked a half dozen web sites and all still indicate that the raised seal birth certificate and photo id would be fine. This included several Aruba tourist sites and the Netherland
Antilles government site.
