Splendour Casinos Vs. Carnival's?

Can Someone please describe the casinos on the Splendour? How is it compared to the ones on Ecstacy/Victory/Elation? I heard that it is very small, is it true? Are there penny, nickel, and dime slots? How many BJ tables are there and what's the minimum? TIA for your help!
