Continuous shuffleing machines and dealer hits on soft 17. So that makes it only marginally more fair then playing a slot machine in my book.
The only good thing I have to say is that the tables weren't crowded and there were a number of $5 min tables. Carnival didnt seem to mind having a bunch of dealers working at once.
Maybe I'll take up craps.

I enjoy BJ on HAL, where they use an eight deck shoe and dealer stands on soft 17. Switching to a CSM wouldn't affect the house percentage, so I would still play. However, if they change to dealer hits soft 17, I would cut way back on my BJ play.

I have to agree with you; blackjack is not fun with the auto shuffler; I have had better luck at craps lately; which stinks cause I love to play blackjack and I don't like craps so much.

We like to play BJ also and found that the tables on the Miracle were really tough......I sat down and played 10 hands one night and the dealer got 20 or 21 for 8 of those hands
