In December '03 we stayed pre-cruise (Zenith) at the Wingate Inn Airport. There are three Wingate Inn's in Jax, but at the time the Inn near Jacksonville Airport was the one that offered a "cruise package" special. It's a real good deal if you're driving, since the price includes free parking for the term of the cruise (ours was 14 days) plus shuttle service to and from the pier. You might give them a call at 904-421-5000 and speak with Bina Patel. It's a nice clean hotel, located walking distance from 3 restaurants.
