FAIRMONT PRINCESS HOTEL

I have seen a number of references to the Fairmont Hotel as a place to stay the night before a Princess cruise leaving from Port Everglades. Is there a link to their website where I can get info on the hotel (is it in Ft. Lauderdale?), including rates, precruise services, etc?

I wasn't even aware there was a Fairmont Hotel in Ft Lauderdale... so can't offer an opinion.

If you want a great hotel in a similar price range I'd look at the Marriot Harbor Beach. Great location, nice beaches, and you can see the cruise ships sail out in the early evening.

Another nice hotel, close to the pier is the Hyatt Pier 66. Ask for a pier view, and you can wake up in the morning, and see your ship waiting for you.
