A HURRICANE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE COAST OF MAINLAND
MEXICO FROM TOPOLOBAMPO NORTHWARD TO GUAYMAS.

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE COAST OF MAINLAND
MEXICO FROM SOUTH OF TOPOLOBAMPO SOUTHWARD TO ALTATA.

NORBERT IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 17 MPH...28 KM/HR...AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO TOMORROW. ON THIS TRACK
THE CENTER OF NORBERT WILL BE MAKING LANDFALL IN AN HOUR OR TWO AND
