Snorkeling in the Mexican Riviera

We are going on the Star on Jan 27th and are stopping at Cabo, PV, Mazatlan and Manzanillo. Which would be the best place to snorkel?

Any other tips would be appreciated.

IMO, Cabo will be your best bet. If you're not going on a tour, the best locations in Cabo are Bahia Chileno and Playa Santa Maria (same places the tour boats frequent). Don't expect the snorkeling at any of the ports to be up to the standards of the Caribbean or Hawaii.
