MSC Opera Caribbean cruise

Hi,
I'm thinking about going on the MSC Opera Caribbean cruise with some friends for spring break. I've read alot of mixed reviews on this company, and was wondering if this cruise would be a good trip for college students. Any advice on the service and how much money we would likely spend on board would be much appreciated. Any other advice you think would be helpful is welcome as well.

We were on the January 22nd cruise and found it very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist in any way. Our fellow passengers were American and European and varied in ages. The only things we did not like on the ship was the size of the staterooms and the food was not equal to other cruise ships such as Princess or Royal Carib. We were expecting a lot of Italian food and were very disappointed.
