I haven't been on the Dawn, so I can't offer any help about your caviar question. NCL is changing their menus again. The new ones are supposed to be implemented by the end of November, so I don't know how much good the old ones will be to you.

On one of the other cruise message boards, there's a thread about someone who returned from the Majesty after sailing the first week of October, and they were already implementing the new menus on their sailing. I'd guess they may phase them in fleet wide, but when those changes will be effective on the Dawn, I have no idea.

If you're still interested in the old ones, I was able to find a set that were on someone's webshots site. Here's a link to a site that had the ones from May, 2006: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/w_keit...?.dir=/31f2re2

I found the food on the Dawn to be good. The Mexican restaurant had some good shrimp fajitas. The sushi bar wasn't bad either. The quality isn't gourmet but still tasty. plus Blue Lagoon pork bowls were always a treat!

We have been on the Dawn twice, but only ate in the main dining room once. We particularly enjoyed LeBistro and Cagney's. We dined in those two restaurants most nights. Aqua was also very good. The Japanese restaurant for lunch on days at sea was wonderful - $5 for all the sushi you want. We didn't care for the Italian restaurant at all.

Don't worry - you'll never be hungry.
