March 9 - 14th - Western Carib on Jewel?

We are booked - anyone else out there on board? First time cruising with the kids - 7 and 4. DH and I have cruised before, but not NCL. I hear we need to make dinner ressies ASAP once on board in order to get to try some of the neat restaurants... true? Any other tips or tricks?

The grandparents will be with us too! LOL
