Chocolate Buffet/ Port of Miami Hotels

so i went on a 7 days bermuda cruise on the norwegian crown back in '06 n there was the chocolate buffet, i'm going on the sky in a few weeks, however its only a 4 days cruise, n from what i kno only 6+ days cruise has the chocolate buffet? can any1 confirm this for me?

also, because i will be flying in from ny to fl, i was wondering does any1 kno any cheap hotels within walkin distance to the port of miami or has a free shuttle to it from the port and back to the airport? i've been lookin but havent found any :/
