Seattle Cruise Terminal and the Norwegian Star

Hi there are 5 of us going on the cruise Sept 6th from Seattle and we are taking a coach from Vancouver at 5am to get to Seattle before 4pm sailing. Its takes 3 hours to get to Seattle Cruise Terminal. What can we do there while waiting to board. Can we check in our baggage and walk around. Has the Terminal got restaurants as we wont have had brekky that morning. IS there enough time to see Farmer's Market?
And now the Norwegian Star - is anyone been on it recently to let us know what they think of it? Has it been refurbished and whats the balcony rooms like? This is my first cruise on NCL line. Husband, Brother-in-law who has never been to the States and 2 very good friends. Thanks
