Recommended Excursions for Kids - Bahamas and Florida?

Hi,
We're cruising on the Gem from 12/27 through 1/3 with 4 year old twin girls. Any ideas for shore excursions? We did book Disney for when we're in Cape Canaveral. Any comments, suggestions, would be hugely helpful!

We also would be interested in excursions for kids but they are older 11 & 9. NCL Sky next summer out of Miami.

The Bahamas has a cute zoo. The name is Asteria or something like that. It has the only trained flamigo's in the world. They put on a short show which is very nice. The kids would like it.

I think Nassau also has a really neat acquarium.

Are you going to Nassau? If so, I would book the Stingray Adventure at Blackbeard's Cay. I did this on the Dawn a couple years back and my 8 year old loved it. You form a line in the water-women on one side and guys on the other side and they give you food to feed the stingrays. It was a little disconcerting at first but was an awesome experience.

Last year I took my grandsons to the Blue Lagoon to swim with the dolphins and they also offered us a chance to interact with the sealions that had been rescued from New Orleans after Katrina, this was the hightlight of their trip, great pictures and such fun.
