going on the jewel and with NCL

Going on Jewel and NCL for the first time, I would love some info on this ship.
1- is it clean
2- how is the service
3- how is the food
4- is there an adult pool area

1. I went on the Jewel last year. (It was my first cruise so I can't compare it to other ships BUT) I found the Jewel to be very clean and it seemed like somebody was always cleaning too.
2. The service was amazing. Everyone was very cheerful and very friendly to us. They were always willing to help us if we needed it.
3. I think the food was very good. We ate mostly at the buffet but we did it at Cagney's and the steak was mouthwatering. (I can almost taste it now)
4. There's two pools on the Jewel a kids pool and across from that is the adult pool with two hot tubs that are strictly for adults.

I hope that helps you. We absolutely loved the Jewel and would definitely go on it again if we have the chance.
