Are casinos on NCL ships smoke free ?

Highly doubt it. They have a pretty liberal smoking policy.

Actually on NCL there is NO smoking in ANY of the ship's public rooms, EXCEPT in the casino

Sorry, I should have been more specific... I meant they allow it on balconies and usually lines that allow it on balconies allow it in Casinos. The Casinos are usually the last to convert.

My wife loves casinos but has very bad asthma .

Holland America has a couple of non smoking nights in the casino during a cruise.

RCI and Celebrity have non smoking casinos.
