Pacific Princess Hawaii-Tahiti

Just got back. Did not stop at Christmas. Captain said tides were too low. Just did a 360 so that balconies on both sides could see then we left. No alternate ports. Crew members said they didn't stop last 3 of 4 times. Lots of unhappy passengers. 5 straight days at sea. New captain came on board near end of our trip. Wondered if the new guy will stop.I looked at ship cam today and they stopped. Why couldn't we?
