We are booked on Crown princess for a transatlantic crossing via Norway, Iceland, and Greenland in September. Believing it will be coolish, we booked an outside room, Cat. EE cabin E709, reportedly an UNobstructed view.
The deck plan shows this cabin IS aft of the last lifeboat, but it looks as if there ARE things obstructing the view (Life Rafts?).
Anybody know about cabin E709? Or where we can get info. on a specific cabin?
We were in E707, Jan. 2009 and we were surprised to see a "container" outside our window. The container was directly out the window; however, if you look out at an angle, it was not in the way at all. We THINK E709 would have been a better choice....hard to remember now. If you post your email, I can forward you a photo.
