We're seriously considering booking this cruise. Sounds like crazy fun!
We have a few questions for those of you who have sailed this itinerary before. What side of the ship would you recommend for these first time Hawaii cruisers.....port or starboard? Can we participate in as many or as few Cruisemate activities as we prefer? We have a few cruises under our belt, but have never booked with a group. Any information is appreciated.

C'mon and join us! Sorry, I can't answer your questions since this the first time I've done this itinerary. I can assure you that you will thoroughly enjoy being part of a CM group cruise.

Hi ya Pixie. You should definitely join this group! Side of the ship won't matter too much because going to Hawaii will be one view, and the opposite on the return portion.
With all our planned group activities you are of course free to participate as much or as little as you please. We do our best to make them very social events, and we encourage everyone, but the decision is yours.
Hi,
This is Sweet Carol wife of Candymaker sneeking in a word in his name. We are booked to cruise with you Kuki and we are bringing along my sister Janet her husband Phil and a family friend Gloria who is single. We did the Let's Get Lei'd Three and it was one of our favorite cruises, lots of fun and new friends. Are we decorating doors Kuki?
Sweet Regards
Carol

Pixie Dust, I love the port side when I sail, when the ship pulls in usually it is on the port side U have the best view of the Island, but some times it may pull in the starboard side. The one & only thing is to enjoy the cruise have a great time.
