omelete on caribbean princess

my wife and i am going to booked on the caribbean princess
we were on the valor 2 years ago the last princess ship we were on was the diamond princess the omele they seve on the diamond princess were the frozen ones because they were on the buffet
what i like to know is if princess makesfresh omete or do they still just heat up frozen omelete because i always enjoy fresh omelete on carnival
hope someone can answer my question also do they have lcd tv in the inside cabins or are they the old tv yet

I am not quite sure how seeing omelets on the buffet makes you think they must be frozen. I have to admit that I am not particularly fond of Princess omelets compared to HAL where they make them right in front of your eyes (and usually have a long line waiting).
