Default HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM

Well, Our tickets finally arrived. 8 days before our cruise. BUT.....
they have the wrong names on them. Has anyone ever had this problem? How quickly was it resolved? I am so frustrated, I just want to scream!!! Help!

Mary.. How wrong? Just a simple spelling mistake, or really the wrong names? The severity of the mistake has a lot to do with how quickly it can be resolved.

Well... a minor misspelling is inconsequential and happens all the time. How bad is it? "Wrong names" is not too clear.

The cruise documents are fine,it's the airline tickets that have the wrong names on it. It has Doug and Louise Martin and we are James and Mary Martin. See what I mean.

That's quite bizarre..Bet Doug and Louise got your airline tickets. Hope you TA is on this with RCI.
Shouldn't be too hard for the cruise line to set it straight with the airline and issue e tickets in correct name I would think.

Yes and you have to have tham changed. You must have your name right. I call my travel agent and she had the cruise line over
night new tickets with the name change as we where traveling to erope and had to have it right. They can do it.

Could they possibly be OUR names? If so, please send them to us ASAP. We are dying to go on a free cruise!
