chops grille???

We are thinking of doing the alternative dining for one night. We are debating Italian night as a few in our group don't care for Italian. Has anyone dined at Chops Grille??
Is it steaks only?? Was it worth the extra $$$$$???? I appreciate your opinions.

Did Chops on the Radience last year. Absolutely wonderful. Worth Every Penny.

Have heard that Caribbean Night is the night to try the other restaurants.

Does the $20 cover charge cover the meal, or do they charge extra for that, too.

Yes.

They do, however, offer you an extensive wine list at an extra charge. They need the money, right?
