Can you get cash through the Seapass? And is there a charge/fee? Thanks in advance for any help.

No, but you can get cash by writing a check at the purser's desk I believe it is a max of $250.00. Also, there is an ATM on board.

You MAY be able to get cash at the casino, but I am not sure.

This is what works for us -
Get traveler's checks at your local bank before you depart.
Cash them in at the purser's desk during the cruise as needed.

You can get cash with your seapass in the Casino. I'm not sure if there is a limit to how much you can get but I have gotten "tip" money there when the line at Guest Relations is too long. You also can add your tips on the seapass card at the Pursers desk.

You can get up to $1500/day in the casino using your Seapass card. No service charges on RCI and Celebrity ships.

There is a cash machine in the promenade but it charges a $5 fee. Best bet is to use the casino. Just put the card on the table and tell them how much you would like.
