Default cabin 9338 on Explorer (voyager class), does "bump"

Hi all. We have a choice between two balcony cabins on our Explorer cruise:

Cabin 9338 - This looks nice but I had two questions about this cabin:

A) Will the bump to our left obstruct our balcony view in any way?

B) It seems to be near the "concierge club". Is that noisy?

Or, we can have cabin 9360

Please advise,
We are booking this cruise tomorrow morning!
