We booked 4 balcony rooms Cat. E-2 already for our 4/8/05 Brilliance cruise to Panama. Never too early to get the mid-ship cabins we prefer. If you are like some who do not have any preference, booking late COULD result in a savings.
I was booking our 8/20/05 Radiance of the Sea trip to Alaska the other night and balcony numbers changed at least three times during the course of the booking. After I booked our trip, I went back into the system and could find only a handful of balcony cabins left in the E category.
Anyone ever have a balcony Deck 7 more aft then middle? We needed a room for three adults and wanted a couch instead of a pullman and the only ones available on Deck 7 of the Mariner were toward the back. It is a D1 balcony. Will we be more apt to become seasick?
We booked in Feb for July departure on the Adventure of the seas. There were only about 10 cabins to choose from in the catagory D3. My sister booked 3 weeks ago for the same cruise and there were no D3's left. She booked a D2 and there were only a handful of those left.
Basically...the sooner you book, the better cabins available
