Default Carnival's Paradise or RCI Monarch

Just realized that my husband and I can do a similar itinerary on Carnival right before X-Mas. Which cruise is better? We do like having fun, but we primarily want to relax.

Thanks for the advice

If your doing a 3 nighter, go with the cheapest one. If your doing a 4 nighter I would definately do the Monarch.

Zosh, I wanna try the Paradise just 'cause it's new on the West Coast. If you are talking about booking a second cruise, maybe do both. However -- apart from ambiance -- the Carnival cruise does not stop in San Diego, so you have one day at sea.
