Re: what drinks do you get for free (without coke card)
The VOS has a small cafe that has coffee and tea and great pastries, it is open about 22 hours a day. Coffee, tea and lemonade are available in the dining rooms and buffet.
Milk you have to ask for in the diningroom and probably room service (never touch the stuff). Jimbo

Juice is only available at breakfast, though you might be able to ask for some at lunch. Milk is usually out at breakfast, but you will have to ask for it at other meals. They do have chocolate milk too, but they did not put it out at any time, and in the dining room at dinner time, our waiter used a syrup which was too heavy for our son. If you have kids, what I do is at breakfast fill up one or two of his sippy cups with a little juice and water, and then bring a few milk cartons back to the cabin and keep them in the fridge for later in the day. And a few bananas and boxes of Fruit Loops to snack on later!

The juice is only at breakfast. The soda card now also includes juice all day long. I seen tea, lemonade, coffee and water at lunch. They have stations were the staff is serving it.

You sign up for the Soda once you are onboard. They put a sticker on your seapass card. You show your card everytime you order soda (except in the formal dining room because after the first night your waiter/asst. waiter know you and what you like to drink).
I bought one for my son and myself (hubby didn't want one). Cost was around $84 and included tips. I can't remember the breakdown but my cost was more than my son's cost. We also got a nice coke container to put our sodas in (not required to use but it did hold a lot more than a glass of soda). I felt it was awfully expensive but it's something that I considered a treat and hey, we were on vacation!

Its $6 a day for adults and $4 a day for kids. You must sign up for it first day, its not prorated. It was around $105 for my husband and I with the tip. You can get sodas/juice from any bar and your asst. waiter will get them for you at dinner. You cant order them from room service nor get cans. Its fountain drinks only.

Hi,
We just got off the Navigator on Saturday and I purchased a soda card. I noticed it was more expensive than it had been in the past and then realized that juices are now included in the offering.
I drink sparkling water so I used the card mostly for club soda. I thought I would drink more water on the trip if I had the card vs. buying Perrier at $2 or $3 per bottle. I found I drank less alcohol on this trip because often in the evenings I would order cranberry juice with soda instead of an alcoholic drink.
The soda card can be used for soft drinks in Labadee as well. The servers pour the soda from cans since there are no fountain sodas available.

An easy way to think about it is that coffee, tea, iced tea, juices, milk are free anywhere food is served -- Buffet, pool grille, main dining room, room service. If you in a lounge or at one of the Bars all of the above are not offerred free of charge - It is at those locations you can get your soda pop with your soda card.
