Default RCCL liquor policy

Hi. Just wondering if RCCL has changed its policy with regard to bringing on board a bottle of wine to celebrate a 'special occassion'. This was allowed on our navigator cruise two years ago. Is it still their policy?
Thanks!

Stick it in your carry on = shouldn't be a problem. We've done it on every ship we've been on - just remeber to bring a corkscrew (packed, not carried on - in case you are flying).

Just back from a cruise on The Brilliance. We brought on a bottle of scotch and a bottle of vodka when we boarded in Miami, plus we bought a bottle of rum in Aruba and carried it back onto the ship in a bag along with other souvenirs, either they never saw it or didn't care because no one said anything about it.

I just got our Doc.'s for our up coming Majesty Cruise. It stated that NONE are allowed on - BUT we always stick it in our checked luggage. We wrap it in bubble wrap, put it in a padded wine carrier and put it in the middle of our clothes (Luckily nothing has broken yet). We have done this for the last 6 years! One time - 3 years ago, they even let us but some in one of the stores on board and told us we could take it to our room if we wanted. Who knows!
