Debarkation

What time would we be debarking if we are returning to miami at 7am? I am trying to figure out a flight schedule.

I would say between 8:20 A.M. and 8:45 A.M. Depends on how long the ship takes to clear customs. Bob

In Miami all the cruise lines recommend NOT booking a flight before NOON.

If you're very lucky, and customs clears the ship without any problems, you can be off by 8 A.M. or so. If not, then it depends on a lot of other factors. As Kuki sez, I wouldn't book a flight before noon out of Miami, and frankly even at that, I personally think it's pushing it.
