Default Clothing steamers

Why doesn't RC allow clothing steamers? I understand about irons but not steamers. I have sailed several times on Carnival and steamers were ok, but not irons. Carnival does have a laundry room where there are washers and dryers and an ironing board. I generally have a few things that need a little steaming. What are prices to get clothing done on the ship?

getting something pressed is half the cost to launder......

we use that wrinkle release stuff.....or hang it in the bathroom when showering....

We had not heard this last October when we sailed AOS, and took one with us. Didn't have any issues at all. We used it once or twice. We stored it in a small cabinet under the make up table. Didn't have any problems.

Who knows?
