Default Adventurer of the Seas dining question

I was wondering if Docker shorts and a collared shirt are acceptable on non-formal nights in the dining room.....

No - shorts are not allowed at any dinner. Probably would be OK the first night only.

I think the answer for the dining room is no, but you could dine in at the buffet court.
