Family booking on RCL Explorer

My wife and I want to treat our family to a Canada/New England cruise
on RCL Explorer of the Sea, 31 aug-8Aug 2013. What is best way to book?
What can we get in perks by booking 11 persons (6 adults and 5 grandkids?
Travel agency or booking direct with RCL?

Crown - Bermuda
Majesty - Canada
Celebrity - Key West, etc
Amadeus Symphony - Budapest-Nuremnburg
