As someone else pointed out there are no more formal nights on Carnival. They are now known as elegant nights, and for a man slacks and a dress shirt are all that are required for the "dress code"....

even if you didn't get sea sick while actually ON the boat, it is probably your body readjusting to being on land ... the equilibrium and everything. It is actually quite common is my understanding.
