Wink Thinking of a Fall or Winter Cruise?

Greetings ~
Have you been thinking of taking a cruise, but hate to cruise solo ? Experienced ~ adventurous ~ happy female cruiser(youthful mid-50s)... living in SW FL is available for sharing your cabin...being your dinner date and dancing partner...along with sharing adventures on shore excursions.

Feel free to send me a private messaage.

Let's talk about the possibilities.

with all possible respect, you sounded like a salewoman for escort service. If you were at least 30 years younger, I'd offer to take you cruising without you spending a penny from you pocket. And, of course, if you were to have a killer smile and infectious humorous personality, then you can have your way with me

Greetings.....and thank you for the response. No, I am NOT a saleswoman for an escort agency....but I have been on several cruises with "friends" who want nothing more than companionship....a dinner date and a friend to hang out with while on board and off the ship for fun on excursions. Cruising alone can be intimidating for some and others won't even consider a cruise if they must travel solo. So, since I am in FL...and am available for a last minute ...or planned cruise....I threw out the post. I have several dear friends who remain in touch since the "platonic" cruise adventure....one much younger...and the other a much older gentleman. Sometimes we need to think outside the traditional box to enjoy life's greatest adventures *^*. All the best !~!

I was looking to do a cruise in November but my travelling companion has let me down so I am now looking to cancel what we had booked & look for something else. I am 57 ish & live in the UK so I would need to tie in with flights etc but the single supplements are ridiculous on the ships I want to go on. Was doing Oasis of the Seas & am gutted that I am not doing it. Any interest. Am free anytime after mid September.
Regards

Hi Carol! Been following everyone on this site for some months now. Tried to find a cruise mate for an Alaska trip but no luck. I have booked another cruise in November and was going to try a thread of my own but saw your note and decided to drop you a note.

I am a WWM 58 years old, have been on 8 cruises with various companies but most with Princess. I have travelled extensively...lived in Indonesia for a number of years and also Singapore and Abu Dhabi. I love to cruise but the single supplement is overwhelming.

I am not looking for romance, actually would be happy if I could get a guy or gal as a room mate. A gal would be nice as I like to dance and it would be nice to have a partner if you were so inclined. Having a meal or two together is also ok or going our own way. I am pretty easy. Don't smoke, consider myself considerate and well behaved.

The cruise I have booked is the Pacific Princess Trans-Atlantic leaving Rome on Nov. 27 Ports of call are:
Nov 28 - Florence/Pisa
Nov 29 - Genoa
Nov 30 - Nice
Dec. 01 - Barcelona
Dec. 02 - At Sea
Dec. 03 - Granada (Motril)
Dec. 04 - Gibraltar
Dec. 05 - Casablanca
Dec. 06 - At Sea
Dec. 07 - Madeira
Dec. 8-12 - At Sea
Dec. 13 - Hamilton
Dec. 14-15 - At Sea
Dec. 16 - Ft Lauderdale.

Total 19 days.

I have an oceanview room booked with the cost for the second person $2,000. Insurance is already paid as are taxes and fees.

In addition, I have already booked the Crown Plaza in Rome (two double beds) Nov 24, 25th and 26th. If interested the room is paid for so there would be nothing more for the room. We could go to the boat together and share the cost of the taxi. I have stayed at this hotel before, there are a couple of nice restaurants close by, and they have a shuttle that goes into town and back again. It was pretty slick.

Let me know if you have any interest.

Many thanks!
