Default Ocho Rios. River Tubing Safari or Innertubing on White River

We want tubing to be one of our options for Ocho Rios, but we don't know what the difference is between the two. We've seen pictures of the River tubing safari and it looks fun, but I wanted to know the difference between the two excursions. Thanks

We loved the River Tubing and Dunn's river falls with Jamaica Cruise Excursions.

Did the White river tubing a couple of years ago and had a blast!!

I would do it again if I had the chance.

the innertubes had a plywood bottom and you got a little paddle to push off the sides with. There was a small "rapid" area, and we had a good waterfight splashing with the paddles. water was clean and refreshing. We were in shade most of the time due to the tree canopy so the temp was comfortable. The water wasnt to deep I think you could probably stand up in it and not be in over your head for most of the river. We had a good time. at the end you got a bottled drink water, soda, or Red Stripe, and a sample of some jerk chicken.

The guides were nice as well and you got a little tour driving up to the river and coming back.

river rafting tour you are in a boat with other people, i think they are class 3 rapids.
The river tubing you are in an inner tube, mostly is a very leisurly paddle up the river, there is a small little rapids area where the current is a bit stronger.
