We decided at the last minute to do another December cruise this year. We will be visiting Costa Maya, Belize, Cozumel and Nassau.
We want to do a VERY interactive, actual hands on swim with dolphins with our son.
Have any of you done one where you get more than a few seconds with the actual dolphin? They are spendy so I want to make sure we pick well. WE are a military family and are on a limited budget, but want our son to experience this.
Also, if mom and dad go, does one have to participate with the child or can you pay for just the child if we are there with him/outside of the pool? If one DOES have to participate, can just one, and the other take photos? Does the one outside of the pool have to pay also?
Thank you so much for any information you can provide to me on this.
Newbie, kind of
1st- 1998 to South and Central America, don't even remember the cruise line!
2nd-Celebration with our son 12/07
3rd-Glory with our son 12/08
I think you would get the best answers by googling this and contacting the vendors directly or call the cruise line and ask them. I also think that the age of your son will be a factor.
Good luck. I loved my dolphin encounter years ago.
