Default This is terrible!!!

USD has dropped in value again!! The canadien dollar has the same value as USD. And, Euro is getting stronger. I don't know if I can survive 2 months in Spain.

This is not the best time to visit Europe!!! I'm S.O.L.!!!

XCB:

Considered hedging with foreign denomination travelers checks or stockpiling Euros?

BTW, regarding your note a few months back - according to U.S. News & World Report's 2008 America's Best Colleges report, Cal Poly is ranked #1 in the Western United States for public schools whose highest degree is a master's. The College of Engineering was also ranked the #1 public undergraduate school (#4 overall) in the nation whose highest degree is a master's. Specific engineering programs were ranked:

Electrical Engineering: #1
Computer Engineering: #1
Mechanical Engineering: #1
Industrial Engineering: #1
Aerospace Engineering: #2
Civil Engineering: #2

I must correct you there. The Canadian dollar closed today at 1.0222, which means the US dollar is only worth 0.9783.

I bought my US money for my trip in Feburary yesterday. I exchanged my Canaian for US at a rate of 0.9955, bank rate of course....

Go Canadian buck go...up up and away!!!!>...I look forward to the Canadian dollar going to $1.05 or heck, even $1.10!!!!
