Colors.......

Have you ever had your colors done? This used to be so popular, several years ago, not sure if it's still around today.

I had a customer in my store, last fall, and she forgot her color folder. This woman almost hyperventilated! She was in the other day, with her folder, and it was amazing to see how detailed it was..She would absolutely NOT, wear a color, not detailed as right for her.

As much as I know,I figure, I have red hair, I MUST be a fall

Did you ever go through this process? What's your favorite color in clothing? Is there a color you won't wear?

I am a green fanatic. most shades, but not kelly, lime being my fave.
Due to my hair color, never red, but I will wear pink....You?

I had it done years ago and as I remember I was a fall. I'm a strawberry blond with light skin and freckles. I also love the greens, and the peach/corals. I do wear certain shades of red, but not often.

i remember that! I have not had it done.
I don't know how the season thing works.
I know that my complexion is "cool" and that i look awesome in all shades of pink and blue.
i look horrible in yellow and cream

I've never done the colors test, but know that I'm a cool. I have Snow White's coloring, very fair skin with dark hair and eyes. I avoid all shades of yellow and cream and tend to wear more jewel tones.

I looked into it but everything I loved I was told was "wrong" for me-so I couldn't go with it-color really affects my mood and I feel dpressed when I am drab and must have color.

so I could care less-maybe I do not look sophisticated but I am happy with myself and I absolutely hate being dictated to and having others control my life-many things I can't control in life-so PLEASE let me control what colors I want to wear!

I never had my colours done, and I would be afraid to, because if they told me I shouldn't wear PURPLE, then I would just have to go naked, because that's all I wear!!

I have never had my colors done either. I love to wear yellow. Most of my school clothes are Navy or black, because they show less dirt. I also love solids rather than prints.

Lu, isn't it funny how we get an image in our minds about people we can't see, but chat with all the time At the moment I am a strawberry red blonde.I have been shades of this color, longer then I have had anything!

Since I have worked retail, for so long now, one color I have noticed, that I adore, and most blondes won't wear is lime green, especially if it's an ash blonde, it seems to drain color from them.I usually keep all my color above the waist Dark bottoms work well for me

I think, that "maybe" a shade of a color we may not normally wear, or a specific saturation of a color, could work ..

I live in New York where the predominant color everyone wears is black. Black, black, black for 15 years! I don't feel normal if I wear another color, lol. It's a regional thing, I guess.
When you wear a lot of black, it's normal to contrast it with white and throw on some color with sweaters, jackets.

I love color! Black and navy leach my skin of color, so makeup is key.
