The forum REALLY needs a better spell checker

This is a minor thing but I am SUCH a bad speller that I rely on spell checkers a lot.

The spell checker on this site is really not that great. I spell SO BAD that I have to bring up Word and type the word I am trying to spell in that to get the correct spelling.

I know this is probably an issue for Internet Brands, however in this day and age when I can talk to my Android phone and it will type out every word completely accurately, there is really no reason to have better technology in this area.

There are many ad-on spell checkers and they are free. The default for this forum is IE-Spell and I have to say that when I used IE it was more than adequate.

If you are using Chrome it should have its own built in spell checker. If that is the case then it's Google's issue not ours.

The difference between your Android Phone and the website is that your Android is an operating system and the spell check is an application. This is a website and does not run applications. You have to add the application or ad-on to your system.

I don't know of any website that has a built in "spell checker".

Take care,
Mike

Hmmm, I use Chrome as my default browser and I do not seem to have the same problems on other sites. I will look out for that however.
